Blue & Gold Banquet planning details:
Debra to bring the bridge for the cross-over
Janice & Roger to bring the electric candles for the cross-over ceremony
Bob to pick up all awards
Dan has the epilets, neckerchiefs and Boy Scout books for the boys crossing over.
Rob to look into getting access to the PA system for the ceremony
Sam's to cater the ziti and will bring the plates and utinsils as well
Bob to bring the table clothes, streamers, balloons and stars
Seating will be by Den. Web 1 to act as ushers.
